How do I search for publications?
From the Home-OR-Product Search page enter in search criteria. You can enter Form number, Description, Publication Type, or Model. Select Search.
What if I do not see the publication I am looking for?
If No publication is found, Select the "Request it" option on the Product Search page. Enter in as much information as you can. A product specialist will get back to you with ordering information.
What is your policy regarding cancellation of orders?
There is a small window of opportunity to cancel publication orders. If a request for cancellations must be made, select Contact us and direct your email to ORDER inquiries contact.
What is your Policy regarding manual returns?
Komatsu will no longer accept manual returns.
I am unsure of the correct manual for my machine although I see several options. I want to ensure the manual contains information customer requires.
Select Contact us and direct your email to TECHNICAL material inquiries - OR- Select the Request it option on Home and Search page.
Will you offer electronic media on usb?
Yes. To search for electronic material select product desired. Then check to see if product type is available in "flashdrive". If electronic manual desired is not available in system please select "Request it" from the Product Search page. A Product specialist will get back with your regarding ordering information.
My Shipping account is not shown on my check out screen OR I want to add Third Party shipping to my account.
